CNC routing
Using our 3-axis ATC CNC router we can offer a number of CNC routing services including profile cutting, pocketing, surfacing and engraving. Capable of cutting a range of sheet materials including wood, plastic and solid surface worktop materials up to a maximum size of 1300x2500x100mm (8x4'). In certain applications this can be increased to almost 5.0m (16').
Design
We have extensive in house design capabilities using a number of CAD packages, allowing us to rapidly create and/or alter CAD drawings as required. Whether you have a CAD drawing or a pencil sketch, we can help!
Joinery
We have a fully equipped joinery workshop to facilitate post-CNC processing. This includes edge routing, sanding, assembly, testing and prototype development as well as a packing and shipping.
We also work with a small number of trusted sub-contractors to provide other services including spray painting, bonding, edging etc.
