CNC routing
With our 3-axis auto tool change CNC router we offer a number of routing services including profile cutting, pocketing, surfacing and engraving. We can process a range of sheet materials including woods, plastics and solid surface worktop materials up to 1300 x 2500 x 100mm (~8x4'). In certain applications this can be increased to almost 5000m (16').
Common materials include MDF, plywood, OSB, birch plywood, Corian, Hi-Macs, Acrylic, Perspex, and laminates such as Formica, Fenix, Egger and and much more!
Shop fitting
We provide a range of shop fitting services from simple point of sale supply only to full design and installations.
We are proud to have built a great reputation with many local, national and international brands including Fenwick, Jellycat, Alo Yoga, Fentimans, Newcastle Airport and many more!
Trade joinery components
We supply a large number of local and national joinery firms and fitted furniture companies with trade components including cabinetry, doors, jigs, formers, framework decor panels and much more. Outsourcing component manufacturing to us can improve both quality, speed of production, and help manage work loads more effectively. We can deliver locally or ship nationally.
Product design & development
We have extensive in house design capabilities using a number of different CAD packages, allowing us to rapidly create and/or alter CAD drawings as required. We can work with a range of file formats from a pencil sketch to DXF, DWG, SVG and PDFs.
Because we offer in house design, manufacturing and testing, we are in the unique position to produce prototypes, test, improve designs and re-test all in house in a rapid time frame.
Finishing and assembly
We have a fully equipped joinery workshop and work with a number of trusted local companies to provide a range of post-CNC finishing and assembly services including:
- Assembly
- Spray finishing
- Sanding & routing
- Bonding of veneers and laminates
- Edge banding
